Help us Fundraise

A guide to fundraising success.

Whether you’re planning to fundraise on your own or with friends, at work or school, we can help with ideas to make your event a great success!

Planning a Charity Ball or a Supermarket Bag Pack, we can help with tips and advice and can promote your event on our charity pages.

We have a Fundraising leaflet here that has information and ideas to help you plan your event. Charity Choice gives examples of others ways you can help, from legacy donations to donating unwanted gifts.

We have resources that can add a little extra to your event from flags and stickers to an IIH UK Quiz pack and Cake Sale Leaflet that we can send out to you too!

Did you know that you can make one off donations or set up a regular direct debit to IIH UK here. To find out more about any of the items mentioned above or for any further advice or queries email This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it

Your fundraising helps pay for postage costs, posters and leaflets
and the running of the IIH UK website and International forum. It also
pays for newsletters and Trustee costs to visit medical teams working
with IIH UK.

Your fundraising enables us all to be Working Together To Relieve The Pressure.
